Full refunds are given for the first two weeks of fall/spring semesters, and for the first week of summer school. You need to bring in your receipt and your books must have their original price tags on them. New books need to be in original new condition, including shrink wrap.  New books not returned in original condition will be refunded at 75% of new cost and resold as used. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card account.
